REFUND POLICY

Our guarantee: Read it, print it, and use it for 30 days. If it does not change your hardest moments, email us for a full refund. You keep the kit.

How to request a refund: Email admin@zylakids.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Include the email address you used at checkout. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to return or delete anything you have downloaded.

How long it takes: We respond to every request within three business days. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days, and usually much sooner. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, and depending on your bank or card issuer the funds typically appear within a further five to ten business days.

What is covered: This policy covers The Calm Kit and any additional digital products purchased in the same transaction.
